A Poem for Natasha
by Shelby M. Forrest

My name is little Natasha
Manitoba is where I live
With my sister who is only one
To her much love I give.

Austen is my big black dog,
And I love him a bunch
But sometimes he's a naughty dog
He tries to eat my lunch.

Brown Kitty is my kitty cat
To her I'm very kind.
By her neck I carry her around
But she doesn't seem to mind.

Brennan is a nice little boy,
And he's my boy friend.
I play with him at nursery school,
Where both of us attend.

I am a gorgeous, blue-eyed blond
A model I'd like to be
Someday in fashion magazines
My picture you may see.

I just might be a movie star
It's possible I am told,
But now I'm happy just to play
I'm only four years old.
